At T3 Fitness our small group training program is named– Fit Club It’s designed to build your strongest/healthiest body ever.
The training session is with a group of 4-10 people, coached by a personal trainer. Every session is different covering challenges in strength, stability, balance, core and cardiovascular endurance training. This high energy workout is geared toward ramping up your metabolism and is certain to increase strength and function. All progressions are explained to offer exercises that fit any fitness level.
Enjoy a challenging & complex workout while utilizing a variety of specialty equipment – TRX–Kettlebell–BOSU–IndoRow–HeartRate Training.
Each training session is 60 minutes and we offer it 12 times a week:
5:15am, 6:30am, 9:00am, 5:45pm
Small Group / Fit Club Packages
2 sessions per week: $39
3 sessions per week: $54
4 sessions per week: $68
*all packages are setup on weekly auto-pay. No contracts!
Please know that we are looking for you when you sign up for class. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy…so if you know you won’t be able to make your scheduled visit- please bump yourself out prior to that cancellation window. If you are signed up for that class- it counts towards your # of sessions for the week. We are here to hold you accountable!!!
