I have known Sandi for several years, having participated in a boot camp workout that she facilitated.  Since joining Fit Club small group workouts, I have enjoyed gains in strength and endurance.  It’s fun and challenging to work out with the equipment in a small group vs. sometimes feeling lost in the crowd at boot camp.
Sandi is attentive and always accessible for questions and concerns.  I especially appreciate that in the years that she has been my trainer I have avoided injury (other than a soap dish incident that was totally my fault).  This is of critical importance, as I am a mature 51 years old with osteoporosis.  I would recommend Fit Club to anyone who wants to challenge themself and enjoy the benefits of feeling and looking “buff”!
