Manisha has been an assistant w/ T3 Fitness since May 2011 as well as a frequent class attendee since July 2010. She has achieved a personal goal of 100lbs LOST which she has kept off for over a year. She understands the struggles of taking time for yourself to suceed with personal health/fitness goals while juggling both a full-time career and family. She is dedicated to making health and fitness a priority and is passionate about helping others reach their goals.
