Julie has been at T3 Fitness since April 2010. She is dedicated to making fitness and health her lifestyle. She has achieved a huge personal goal of 170lbs LOST which she has kept if off for over 3 years. She knows of the struggles both emotionally and physically that one must go through to reach their goals. Certified Personal Trainer with the American Counsel on Exercise and TRX certified, Julie is ready to take on clients to show them everything she has learned- both in her own experience as well as her learned knowledge.
