The culture and atmosphere of T3 Fitness follows the vision of owner Sandi VandeBerg. She wanted to create a studio where the energy could be felt upon walking in, the coaching environment would be supportive, comfortable and approachable, and everyone would feel welcome.

We provide personal training – small group training for beginners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes.
